Since 1980, Catholic Community Services of York Region (CCSYR) has been supporting residents across York Region—and we now proudly serve clients in Ottawa and Norfolk County with virtual services.

We provide programs and services in 40+ languages, using culturally appropriate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices to support individuals, couples, and families.

No matter the language you speak, the religion you practice, or your cultural background, our counsellors listen with heart and soul, helping you find the best solutions to life’s challenges.

We specialize in supporting newcomers, older adults, women, people recovering from trauma and grief, youth facing mental health or addiction challenges and children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

With deep understanding of settlement challenges, we offer immediate support, ongoing counselling, personalized care plans, and well-being workshops to help you grow, heal, and thrive.

Catholic Family Services of Peel-Dufferin

Serving Peel Region and Dufferin County

Catholic Family Services Peel-Dufferin (CFSPD) is a multi-service counselling agency that provides services in the Region of Peel and Dufferin. CFSPD services are available to people who are experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, or any life stresses. Services are also available to couples and families who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships, such as couple conflict, parent-child conflict, or communication. Through its HEAL program, CFSPD also offers specialized counselling services for survivors of family and intimate partner violence, and their children. We support our diverse communities, including people and families with diverse faiths and heritages.

All our counsellors hold Master’s degrees in Social Work or counselling related fields and are registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Catholic Family Services of Toronto (CFST) is an accredited registered charity that was established in 1922. CFST provides family services to a highly diverse community and provides these services within a Catholic values framework. For more than 45 years, CFS Counselling + Wellbeing (CFS) has worked in collaboration with community partners, funders and our clients to build strong, safe, healthy communities where individuals, couples and families are empowered to reach their potential in spirit, mind and body. CFS is an accredited registered Canadian charity delivering inclusive counselling, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational wellness programming. CFS is committed to providing professional services to reduce emotional distress, enhance personal well-being and strengthen relationships.

Programs are available to everyone living and working in Simcoe County and the District of Muskoka through on-site and/or virtual service delivery.
